Kostas joined Epignosis back in 2019 and somehow ended up managing around 30 engineers across the company’s e-learning platforms. He’s fascinated by the human side of building software and believes that great engineering comes from great principles.
Two ideas drive most of his thinking: software engineering as intellectual property—the craftsmanship and decision-making that makes code truly valuable—and the mutual value principle, where all work should deliver value both to the company and to our own growth as engineers.
